sfjobs.lol is a deliberately simple experiment: hiring managers and founders pay once to rank their job opening, the confirmed amount becomes public, and the leaderboard sorts itself so the best talent sees the roles paying to be seen.

The mechanism

A payment is an addition, not a reservation. It permanently increases your listing’s public total. A higher competing total can move ahead at any time.
